Still amazes me how Valentina doesnt really have a "team" or gym she calls home. She just has Pavel and her sister and they just travel from gym to gym to train at. She is one of the best fighters in the world and her support is literally her childhood coach and sister

Less people to compensate when it's payday. Some fighters have way too many people around them while being average at best. Once you learned the skills there's no need to stick around. Plus her main coach is there since she a teenager lol

I was really hoping that Jiri's first embedded appearance was going to be him standing on top of a mountain in a kung fu pose in the wind, but no, embedded crew comes through with the classic "guy walking through an airport and putting his luggage in the back of a car" scene. I wonder which fighter will be hitting pads in a hotel room next episode! Can't wait!

The UFC promotes its events better than any sports organization, in my view. These embedded episodes are ALWAYS exceptionally good; this no exception. The fighters are so interesting and different. The photography and editing is terrific. Bravo!

Boxing is the worst. Sometimes I forget about their main events. The build up usually sucks unless Fury is involved. Everyone is so scared of losing. They cherry pick fights to protect their padded records

Amazing how much Valentina enjoys food, and food around the world. She could have anything (or maybe shouldnt have everything on fight week) and she's at a local food court having korean chicken bulgolgi like the rest of us. Btw, shoutout to her fav bbq'd meats (7:22) that's Hong Kong style bbq baby - usually pork, chicken, duck and goose!
