When I compliment Izzy, I see a lot of haters replying to my comments, saying things like "he is a coward cuz he doesn't engage in the pocket all the time." Are you kidding me?!? If your positive physical traits were that you were tall and long for the weight class...why on earth would you ever sit in the pocket with shorter opponents?!? At that point, you would just be begging to get knocked out. In this sport, you HAVE to fight/play to your strengths. Taller fighters Kickbox on the outside from a distance, so that they can hit you...but you can't hit them. That is the name of the game, plain and simple. If you actually payed attention to what he is doing in there, then you too would be taken aback. The feints, the setting of traps, the Counters, and the overall mind games that he will make his opponents do in there are second to none. It's the same haters that think that Justin Gaethje is too reckless. This porridge is too hot or too cold. You literally cannot win with these persistent pessimistic people that call themselves "fans" of the sport. No, you are simply a fan of violence and judging others, while you sit on a Recliner eating Lays Potato Chips. It disgusts me. I try to see the good/talent in everybody, but most folks nowadays try to see the bad/shortcomings in everybody. Therefore, we are like oil and water...we just don't mix well.
