Yeah, especially by cutting out the middle man(the translator) because they sometimes change what the fighter says to some vanilla quote.

The interaction between Chandler and Poirer after the fight is the most MMA thing I've ever seen. They know they're supposed to be respectful but just can't hold back the snarky comment which leads to a return from the other. Good stuff.

The Izzy and Alex interaction was almost the same, but they have a language barrier...Izzy said "I don't like you, you don't like me, but respect." I honestly kinda feel bad for Alex in that moment, cause I don't think he agrees with that statement from Izzy and doesn't hate him like Izzy hates Alex.

UFC Whoever you guys have editing and selecting the footage is doing amazing work. This format is a great. More like this, please. We don’t need the slow-mo’s and dramatic music. LoL

For real! I got really emotional just now cause I realized that these fighters are getting older and wiser. We have gotten to see them go through the highs and lows. There were some pretty strong messages from the fighters and I loved it. Really awesome production and this is exactly what we deserve when we wanna see the thrill and the agony.

What a great fight card. These videos show perfectly how ruthless this sport can be. We seem to always focus on the winners, but there‘s always a loser, too. I believe the way fighters handle their losses gives us much more insights to their personality. Respect to all of them.

Literally going into the 5th round when Alexes corner was motivating him to finish the fight I got flashbacks to Leon Edwards vs Kamaru Usman. This is a wild year. Two of my favorite fighters finished in the last round after fighting so well. Hats off tho Alex🤝🏼

One of the best cards I've seen so far. The main event fight was on another level. Tension from the first second to the last. Expecting a knockout in every move and the build-up to it.. man, it was like a movie. UFC is just getting better and better.

Adesanya saying “I don’t like you, you don’t like me” seemed to catch Pereira off guard. It seemed to me like Pereira was trying too give respect and Adesanya was being a bit salty… which would be understandable but I think Pereira was trying too be respectful.

I thought the same. Poatan doesn't seem to dislike Adesanya, he even was saying sorry for what he did to promote the show inside the octagon but it got lost in translation. It seemed that Poatan just decided to not engage after what Adesanya said.

he became too proud of having a really close fight with Jones also I think he fired his coaches after he got finished by Jan(as far as I know), when he lost he put the blame on his coaches instead of himself and now here he is, you don't turn your back on people who helped you become a big deal.

Dana doesn't allow people to build back up after a loss they way they do in boxing, Joshua will probably fight a lower ranking guy next in boxing. Wilder (3 ranking) just fought helanius (26 ranking) to get his mojo back. Woodley got thrown to the wolves constantly after losing the belt, it ended up destroying his career and legacy. Same thing has now happened to Reyes. Connor could use a lower ranking guy for his next fight now too.

I understand why Dustin was so pissed, he lost both of his title fights by RNC, he was caught in another one and almost got finished with the use of a dirty trick, for him to get the sub in that fashion is a true poetic justice.

I'm Brazilian. I've watched Alex Poatan Pereira fights since his times in Brazil. Same ice cold stare and posture, keeping his emotions in check. Complete contrast with the racional mindset and extreme violence and power he displays. Alex Poatan had such a hard life! Either he would build a tough cold carcass to be successful or he'd crumble along the way.

Pereira's victory wasn't only about power, he outsmarted Izzy in the last round. The strike that changed the fight was because of a Pereira's left hook feint, he set a trap to Izzy. Look at the video I made.

It's wild that Thrill & Agony is easily one of the best things the ufc makes & they put it on fight pass for 15 people. For a while it was the only reason I paid for it but now that espn+ raised their price to $9.99 I can't justify paying another $9.99 just for this.

Listening to Izzy's explanation, I can see why he thinks he was fine, but in this situation Goddard demonstrated he has better judgement than the fighter. Izzy will accept that in time if he hasn't already.
