Embedded: I had an amazing camp. I’m in the best shape of my life. Post-fight after a loss: I injured my knee in camp. I was basically fighting with one leg.

And Leon camp can't even use that as an excuse because I know people from his gym and they all been saying Leon has been training even more and is way more confident in everything he does. They was telling me that they would have sessions where everyone was taking shots on Leon and he was non stop having to defend takedowns for 15 minutes. He is prepped as he is ever going to be.

Teddy Atlas done a podcast a few days ago and he was talking about this fight and how champions become 30% better when they win the belt because of there confidence and I thought it was a really great take from Teddy. Then I saw an interview yesterday on Leon and he also watched the podcast and agreed with what Teddy said and thinks he is 30% better 🤣

Bam Bam is a perfect guy to have fight in front of the English fanbase, he's a scrapper and always puts on entertaining bouts. It's nice to see people happy when they are here like he and his wife seemed. If he fights the way I expect then the noise will be deafening in support of them both... and will hopefully drive them on when they are tired and hurt.

Respect for justin and kamaru going across the globe together with all the pressure they have. This fight is a make or break for both imo, including trevor. Justin is the first out of the top five that always fight eachother (mctapper, poirier, chandler, etc) to take on some new blood from the division. And fiziev is a beast, he knows he's going to war and will risk getting knocked out to please the fans, but will take some career shortening damage knowing and may lose his chin after so many wars. And kamaru is going to enemy turf to fight the guy who knocked him out brutally, with a broken hand and bad knees. he has a lot on his shoulders as well . Respect to both warriors no matter what the outcomes are on saturday, they're ready to leave it all in the octagon, and I think they will get the W 💯☝️

I hope Leon stays grounded as being the new champ fighting in your own capital to defend the belt you just won, can easily distract fighters. Also, the whole talk of the loss affecting Usman to the point he's a different fighter is a dangerous place to be if you're thinking that. I really hope Leon shows why he deserves that Strap and does it again.
