I really don't think people understand just how active Volk is. He is consistently going against the highest level opponents. He stays in shape constantly ready to compete. Think of all the people who have competed yet haven't been back in the cage. Volk is going again! He is just committed, motivated, utilizing every aspect of the best times of his life. So many people waste so much of their talent not fighting and wasting it in the training room. I hope more people get motivated by the way Volk and other people like him utilize their career.

The way Joe Lopez makes fun of Volk's eating is hilarious!! These guys are such an awesome team. And Volk is without a doubt one of the greatest champions and role models the game has ever had.

Yair will have a good round 1 but Volk will adjust and his feints and footwork will leave Yair confused and unable to get any offence off.

Mel's more recent films like Get the Gringo and Blood Father are pretty hardcore. Brandon kills me, the only time he isn't happy is for about 30 seconds after losing a fight until his opponent gets his hand raised, then back to happy again before even leaving the octagon! Kid is always entertaining in and out of the cage

Volk won against makhachev. He was beating him to pulp in the end. Yair is a dangerous champion level fighter but Alex is just like a rock and has no weaknesses. Ĥe really is a level apart at this time.
