I respect any fighter who learns English to connect with the fans. They don't have to do it, we have translators, but they put in the work and I really appreciate that. So much personality is lost in translation so they can market themselves a lot better when they speak it themselves.

I went to the first ever UFC event in Sydney. You'll enjoy yourself, my friend. Get there before the undercard starts. It gets deafeningly loud... if you want, you can use earplugs. I probably would if I went to another event.

I still can’t stop thinking about Volkov’s fight with Lewis. He beat him up for the whole fight. Then, he gave him a break when Lewis had trouble with his eye. Not only did he end up knocked out, but Lewis landed a huge punch afterward. It was messed up.

Sean created the best strategic relationship with his fan base. Talks shit about them, punches them in the stomach, beats the shit out of them in sparring, and they love him for it.
