@@Radar101musicif it really was only $5K USD then Merab would have to pay out of pocket if he wants MMA in Georgia to be successful which says a lot about Merab. That he would be willing to cover the costs so children/teens could practice and learn MMA. Even at $350K USD I'm sure that doesn't cover all the costs incurred by opening a MMA gym with all the necessary equipment and coaches/staff to run the place.
