well from what i understand, muscle holds a lot of water. so if you have a lot of muscle, you can dehydrate the hell out of yourself pretty easily to shrink down and then soak that water weight back on like a sponge after weigh ins. maybe that applies to ddp? cause he's probably gonna be like 200+ in the cafe when the fight happens. idk though we'll see

😂 lmao they do this for every final UFC embedded video you only complain about that it is too short. The fight is literally today at 10 pm there's nothing else to post they gave us the final weight cut clips, the final official weigh ins and the ceremonial weigh ins go look at the other final embedded episodes.

Great guy, best fighter, only 1 man to beat him, Strickland. I think he's going to try submit Strickland rather than stand up punch out, he will wait till later rounds, Strickland get a little tired, then, champ will go for submission. Going to be another Gr8 fight no doubt but, south African man is a machine, his forward moving with combos, he's goes for it, tip top condition bth fighters, plus, these 2 are just made to fight, hope Strickland wins, then, fight 3, cos it takes a life time to find a dance partner, these have eachother.

If Strickland wins this, in the future, they may have that trilogy set up, but these guys are at top of they're game, if Strickland pulls it off, he's going to have to work super super hard, can he knock out the champ? If not, can he land multiple shits and finish, he doesn't throw multiple punch combos, Strickland has to be fitter than the champ in this fight to win my opinon

nah, man; ddp has no capoeira kicks to switch it up; although marty fakenewsman said that he attacked strickland's body because strickland's head was too hard to get; ddp has no armbars or kneebars; both don't have wheel kicks and axe kicks; they're just two sloppy brawlers who figured out how to make their sloppy styles work in mma to beat most of their opponents [at least on the score-cards]
