This is the first time I heard someone compliment DDP's fight IQ. All of his UFC fight execept the Whitaker's fight, he was on the verse of losing and gas out after 1st round. His whole gameplan was brawling and throw powershot which is very exciting for the fans but that not like he is the most technical fighter here.

Fight IQ just mean think like know how to conserve energy for 5 rounds fight, which is something DDP notoriously bad at, know how to stay at range and defend yourself, recognizing opponent weakness and patern... And I do love a good brawl as much as anybody, which is why I said DDP's fights are usually very exciting. Don't just see the "Nguyen" in my name and assumpt that I obsess with Kungfu and fancy moves cause that is quite ignorant.

To make it a bit more easier to understand, ask yourself, how many pro mma fights did Izzy or Usman had in Africa? How many Africans have build their mma careers in Africa? I can think of only one.

Du Plessis comes from the lineage of Apartheid beneficiaries who have controlled the wealth in South Africa for decades and also is from a nation that has had a thriving MMA scene for years. If he had grown up in any other African nation like Nigeria, Cameroon, Benin, Senegal etc he would've had to migrate like Ngannou did. It is incredibly disingenuous to leave out this information but you're doing so because you know you're wrong and want to try and force this narrative. By your logic, Islam Makhachev and Khabib Nurmagomedov aren't Dagestani Russian champions as they train at AKA. Anderson Silva isn't a Brazilian champion as he lived in the USA. Wanderlei Silva wasn't a champion as he lived in the US. Valentina Shevshenko isn't Russian because she trained and lived in Peru. Your logic is ridiculously flawed and is only used to try and undermine actual African champions that won already won the belt.
