yes i'm a member i pay my $1,000 per month i meet all the fighters, and they all love me and we have lots of fun, but we train hard, and afterwards we go for a burger and a coke and play some pool

Would cost a lot of money for most fighters to travel and stay there and most fighters in the UFC don't earn that much when you account for all their expenses.

absolutely, but when their fights are in Vegas. An even bigger issue is the fighters not having been compensated what they have put forth over many, many years by an organization which claims to care about the athletes/fighters/entertainers like nowhere else Period

There is 103 UFC gyms and the UFC PI costed 14 million dollars . if your do the math it would cost them 1.4 billion dollars to convert all these gyms to PI’s and no way to make that money back by gym membership fees . You can’t run a business by throwing away money .

Why would they do that when half the roster will change by the end of the year? Also the worst fighter on the roster will make at least 5 figures if they fight a minimum of once a year. If the fighters don't like it they can go sign to any of the other dozens or so mediocre orgs, without an institute dedicated to them.
