Now where I will say that weight cutting really makes a difference is when you are constantly on top of someone like with Khabib and DC style. That is when it really helps.

I was talking about the first Poirier Gaethje fight, not the last one. Sorry. And Justin beat Dustin last time they fought without cutting weight. I might be wrong maybe he did. But not in the first fight for sure. I think Strickland doesn't really cut much weight either. He's always smaller than his opponents. Pereira was like two weight levels above him. Crazy.
