My very first favorite UFC fighter was Randy Couture, then came the Iceman Chuck Liddell, and then I had Urijah Faber after that. Now, and ever since he won TUF 13 in 2011, it's my man Tony Ferguson. Tony the type of dude to be my favorite fighter for the longest time. But I'm certainly rooting for Faber to have a successful comeback and perhaps get another title shot.

Uriah has been one of my favorite fighters..To see him coming back is awesome, though I hope he still has that pizzazz that the younger Faber had. Always humble and respectful. Just an all around great athlete and guy. Best of luck to him in his comeback as there are alot of talented fighters nowadays.

Uriah is one of them fighters I'd love to go out with a UFC belt, alongside Cerrone, Gustaffson, Sanchez, Henderson.. I was buzzing when Bisping won it, would love to see these win it but I think Cerrone Is the only one that has a chance or Gus if he retruns

WEC to early UFC Urijah was just so well rounded, I think he forgot what got him wins and got suckered into striking bouts way to often... but honestly he had great vision, foorwork, speed, power, and pushed the pace like a Tasmanian Devil I think he was ahead of his time for sure, so solid

Man nowadays nobody gives urijah the credit he deserves for being a monster at his weightclass back in the day. He was honestly freakishly strong for that weight and size. Not only that he was a technically proficient fighter in almost all aspects of the game.

Damn watching that Brian Bowles fight made me remember when Chase Bebe and Miguel Torres were savages in WEC when those divisions started to really be birthed and beefed up and Eddie Wineland was deep in the picture before Cruz and Faber and Aldo came along. Same time Roger Huerta was on SI cover and lighting the UfC on fire. Most of them no where to be found now I did see Wineland got a win in 238 Under card tho.

Ppl have short memory the guy was torched by Renan Barão and Rivera then he won against a flyweight he retired because he didnt have any chances on the top 10 and he knew that was pretty much his reality. Some time has past and ppl now think he can run back the division It Just doesnt make any Sense I like Faber and Im not the one to judge anybody however, he should be ok with his carrear already instead of trying to get burned out again I Just hope he doesnt get badly hurt due to his age and all that .

Faber’s grappling is insanely good. Possibly the best ever at 145 and 135. His wrestling is insanely good too, just not quite on the same level as his grappling when it actually hits the mat. Once it hits the mat, he just DOMINATES dudes. Good grapplers like Assuncao, Bibiano Fernandes, Jorgenson... he just daddies them once it hits the mat. He mat struggle a bit and scramble for that takedown, but once he gets it, he just mauls them. Bullies them with vicious GnP, controls them, and chokes the shit out of them.
