He defeated 5 UFC Champions, such as 3 Undisputed LW Champions - Oliveira, Pettis & Edgar - the former FW GOAT Josè Aldo x 2, former Interim Champion Yair Rodriguez and also top contenders and future Hall of famers such as Cub Swanson, Korean Zombie and Brian Ortega. He is a living legend.

Max is indeed the best, i love his sweet persona you would swear he's not a badass fighter, he's got a deceptively tough chin . For me him and Cain had overwhelming and swarming strike techniques no fighter could prepare for.

Max Halloway has been in my top 5 since he beat Ortega. Thats around the same time I started watching UFC an he blew me away seeing him destroy Ortega like he did. He’s still incredible to this day an he’s such an awesome guy it’s hard to not love him!!!!

Being there in Detroit at UFC 218... I just can't even put into words at how blessed I feel for having experienced that. Go look up that fight card it will blow your mind. Future stars were all over the prelims, I'll just put it that way.

I remember seeing Max on a show about up and coming young MMA fighters a couple years before he made it to the ufc. He was like a 18 year old kid living and training in Hawaii. I thought back then this guy is going to be a future champion i was right. I have had the pleasure of seeing a number of fighters before they made it big and i knew they were going to be future champions. Like John Jones, gsp, Anderson Silva. After seeing them fight one time you just knew you were looking at something special and they were going to be a major problem for whoever they fought and very hard to beat. Bo Nickel is one of those guys wait and see he will be future 185 pound champion and go on a long tittle rain.
