ufc 290 had knockouts all over the place. Robbie lawler retiring was sick and dan hooker had a sick comeback. Also Pantoja vs Moreno was great and volk went off.

Oh shit I forgot about Hooker vs Turner for a minute, and the Pantoja win. That actually was an awesome card. I personally think it lacked a little bit of hype though, so my vote is still for 285 but on quality of fights 290 definitely rates highly.

UFC 295 was card of the year imo, great fights throughout the prelims and the main event was all ko's in 1st/2nd rd. Aspinall finishing the scariest guy in the ufc followed by pereira becoming a 2 weight champ was the icing on the cake.

Bo kneeing pickett in the groin for the takedown was my favourite part of 285. Even better seeing people try to excuse it or ignore the fact that it even happened.

while Bo did knee Pickett straight up the middle, it's Keith Peterson's fault that he didn't recognize the strike occurred. They should've paused the fight and if he still lost after then there's no excuse. we should do Bo vs pickett 2 down the line to settle it tho

There is remotely no way Pickett and Bo will ever have a rematch considering where they stand in the division at the moment. I was actually amazed to see that Pickett is still in the UFC with that record of his, he actually has a fight scheduled for March lol.

290 was special because I was able to attend in Vegas and it was absolutely incredible...291 was ALSO special because it was in my hometown and the buzz around the city was electric. Man, what a memorable summer of fights.

The yearly October PPV in Abu Dhabi are just the huge betting-favourite cliff-dwellers winning (apart from Khamzat drawing with old-man Usman off the couch). Cards like UFC 290 had big upsets like DDP vs Whittaker, wars like Moreno vs Pantoja & Hooker vs Turner, and KOs from Volk, Nickal, Lawler etc

Strickland and Suga both should’ve been on there. They had the two best moments of the year with their wins I think. They were both counted out and nobody thought either of them stood a chance and they both won in a great fashion!

i say 285 .. Alexa beating Valentina doesn't feel like a shock anymore but at the time 🤯🤯 we also seen Shavkat get tested and prove he's the real deal, and the return of Bones.. we were definitely blessed with some good ppvs last year 💯

Without even watching the video its Izzy vs alex 2. Izzy conquered his demons and defeated the buggy man with a outstanding knockout and reclaimed his belt. So much was at stake.

Last time I checked those demons were never conquered and Izzy is: 1. Beaten by a 6 ranked Strickland that Pereira knocked out cold 2. Only 1 win vs 3 losses to Pereira 3. Pereira moved to LHW and did what Izzy could never do including beat the guy who beat Izzy 4. Got called out by Pereira again but refuses to reply because of what would happen if he did accept the fight.

Jon Jones is the greatest UFC has ever had because he fought people who had no film and beat them all. No other great has done that.... All the other greats and wait till they have ample amount of film to study their opponent. John Jones didn't
