Are you serious? Shevchenko is about to piece her up. If she fights with those wild punches Valentina will destroy her. Don't get me wrong, this has nothing to do with how good Andrade is, she's a dangerous fighter. But it has everything to do with how technically sound Valentina is. She took shots from Nunes. I think she can handle Andrade just fine.

If you wathced the fight you'd know why he said that. He was still wrong obviously. But this sequence happend twice before and the kimura gripp rose had prevent the lift into a slam.

Andrade takes a lot of damage in these fights. She showed he best head movement vs Rose in the second fight. She needs to keep the head movement to be given a chance

If Amanda Nunes couldn't make Valentina scared I don't think Andrade will, the Bullet is a mentally tough woman. If Andrade can land a good liver shot though, then its a different story.

@@Wilizm I'm not so sure about that. Amanda Nunes is physically bigger, stronger and longer than Andrade, a far more technical fighter and Nunes hits harder than any female MMA fighter bar none. The only thing Andrade has that Nunes doesn't is cardio, which means she can put on pressure without gassing out. I'm not so sure about Jessica being able to take more punishment than Amanda. She has been dropped and hurt by Strawweight's a lot more than Amanda has been hurt by Bantamweights.

MMA Math Class Joanna was able to keep Andrade on the outside and pick her apart for 5 rounds and we saw what Shevchenko did to Joanna so MMA math says Valentina keeps Jessia Andrade on the outside with jabs and catches her with head kicks all night long pressuring in. But if Andrade gets her hands on Valentina it could be a long night for the champ.

Agreed. Andrade will dominate her in the wrestling department, and completely outmuscle her. Shevchenko should stay on the outside and not engage with any clinch, or grapple otherwise like you said, it'll be a long night for Valentina.

Jessica is a slugger punch style fighter, which isn’t accurate or efficient and becomes tired quickly so saps power from your shots after the first few mins. Schevchenko is precision striking with power and speed! And super fast counter striker, Andrade is going to get destroyed by Schevchenko

I take it you didnt actually see the whole fight? The same sequence of events happend twice before that slam and the kimura grip Rose had prevented Andrage from completing the lift into slam. Hence why he said she couldnt lift - Because she couldnt in the previous minutes of the fight.
