You are absolutely correct sir. He has done so much for the sport over the time he has been involved. All these people moaning that the fighters don't get paid enough need to stfu. They get offered the contracts and its up to them if they wish to fight for the money on offer. If they don't like it then they should follow a different career. Dana white is the reason we even have a sport to debate anyway so mma fans should be grateful to him in my opinion. People will always hate those more successful than themselves but he has balls and a will to succeed and I believe that's to be admired.

MMA-Podcast pride was being ruined by the yakuzas influence and any association with them means great shame in japan so for a business to be involved was always going to spell doom. The owner Noboyuki Sakikabara went to the ufc and asked if they would like to buy Pride Fc. Strike force was losing money left and right so the UFC stepped in and bought all the fighter contracts which now means we get to see all the best fights between the fighters of all 3 organizations. You should really know all this with a name like MMA PODCAST. Dana and the fertitta bros saved the sport and we should be grateful to them because MMA would be a distant memory otherwise.

Dillashaw really have nothing to lose. He should go for it early and hope for the best. Easier said than done though. There's no doubt Barao is the ultimate beast but as a neutral fan, i hope this fight will be competitive. Enough for us to enjoy

im proud of Matt Brown ...he is from the same town as me and some of my family....i never met him but my Mother knew his father who ran a welding shop in Jamestown,Ohio and i think he might still have it running under someone ....but it was funny when i seen he said Bowersville,ohio i lived there when i was in 2nd and 3rd grade it is a unbelievable small town ...just really proud of Matt for putting us in the spotlight just a little

I don't see any real competition in all 3of the main bouts. NO WAY Henderson beats Cormier, same with Ellenberger, and of course TJ. They'll all lose. No doubt in my mind

Facts: PPV $$ with GSP is worth ~5 UFC PPV events combined PPV $$ with Anderson Silva is worth 4~5 UFC PPV events combined So until they come back (if they do) UFC will never be the same again!! Peace

one suggestin to improve videos is to have the name of the fighters as they appear on the video. because I am interest in the guy at 7:55 I remember him from the ultimate fighter as a cocky guy who got eliminated first round and ever since then he has improved his skills and matured as a person

so much height for your fighters it's time to pay them. When you put a big paycheck in front of a fighter it draws viewers to watch. It raises the expectations of the fans and the interest... So pay your fighters !!! if you are on the main card a million dollar should be the minimum.. If you are a champion 10 million should be standard

What about the fact that jones has never been defeated, or that Jose Aldo and renan Barao both haven't lost in more then 7 years while fighting all comers. Last time I checked silva was knocked the fuck out and then preceded to have his leg snapped in half.

Thydeepestfear Just another Silva fan, people don't realise in a sport that's so dimensional going unbeaten for 35 fights and 7 years is about the most prestigious thing you can do. In my honest opinion Barao is P4P #1. Jone's and Guf fight was far to close to say Jones was dominant. Pound for Pound sets apart fighters, the #1 being the most dominant fighter in the world. Which currently would have to be Renan Barao.

***** WHOA WHOA WHOA! Aldo is above Barao (imho). Barao beat Faber 2x, Mcdonald, Pickett, and Wineland. Aldo beat Edgar, Faber, Mike Brown, Swason, Mendes, Korean Zombie, and Lamas. Aldo has fought straight up killers in a stacked division while Barao fought Faber, and everyone else doesn't matter. But, it's your opinion.

Dana White does flip flop a lot but I give Barao or Aldo the nod for the best p4p. I feel like for all his talent Jon Jones these past 3-5 fights has been getting away with little cheap and dirty tactics that he is too damn talented to be using. Things like kicking the knee back and especially the extended arm, fingers out and pointed while 5 inches from a guy's face like he has been doing is annoying. I couldn't even enjoy his last fight I was cringing because of him poking the Glover in the eyes and putting his hand out so if the guy moved or ducked in certain directions he would be ducking into one of Jon's fingers making it easy to anticipate head motion. Bones could have won a lot of these fights legit (at least I think so) but someone has got to say something and referees need to stop that.
