Regardless of the controversy, the fact that Bisping survived with out getting ko'd or submitted by Silva is an achievement in its own right. Plus he actually did damage to Silva which is something not many can say.

Bisping won the fight, he won rd1 rocking Silva.. he won rd2 knocking Silva down.. lost rd3.. won rd4 when Silva decide to take it off and lost rd5... never been a huge Bisping fan but he won the fight and Silva did it to himself

The matches aren't judged by damage, both fighters know this, silva didnt finish the fight. Bisping landed more in 1,2,4 I'm sorry but thats how the scoring works...

Are some of you people serious!? The only reason Anderson started getting better in the fight is because of that knee which was kind of a cheep shot, Bisping was pointing at the mouthpiece and looking down at it and was caught during that. If it wasn't for that, Bisping would see it coming and would duck or move, and in turn he'd never be so hurt and he could continue doing as good as he was doing before that. If that knee was legitimate and executed while Bisping was looking at Anderson then I could argue this being a draw or BARELY a win for Anderson, but saying that Anderson won this fight is crazy IMO, no offense meant to anyone.

Wow, Anyone who thinks Anderson won, needs to re-watch the fight a few more times, because this was 1 of the few fights where all 3 judges were spot on with the scoring (maybe it's because this took place in UK, and not F'd up Las Vegas). While Bisbing's striking is no where near as clean and damaging as Silva's, he was able to rack up a lot more strikes on Silva. Silva's strikes maybe have been more damaging, but Michael in his less graceful style was able to keep the points coming all throughout those 3 winning rounds. If the UFC scored like PRIDE, I could see Silva potentially winning this on point, but Silva did too much waiting and too much showboating. I'm a huge Silva fan and typically never was a big fan of Bisbing, but his performance tonight, especially battling back from that 3rd round ending (surprised) knee to the head, gave me a totally new respect for that guy. Congrats to the UK (from across the pond)
