Prime Tony was able to take the damage a whole lot better. His toughness went with his pressure/ gritty style. That “human highlight” fight changed what his body could take. Mentally, Tony is still there today and that’s why he keeps thinking that he can come back to dominate. It’s kind of sad though watching him in his prime here against barbosa going to war and then loosing against people like Patty.

Fax he’s the goat always will be, but id feel terrible if he bever fought Tom
@CalvinW.Allison5 күн бұрын
- @CadenMcCoy-wm1cc . Jon has been past his prime for a few years now. But he would still beat Tom. Tom is simply a little less talented version of Vitor Belfort. Jon has nothing left to prove though. Most of Tom's mma fans will move on from him after he loses his fourth fight. Jon won't hurt his legacy in the slightest by not fighting him. The UFC is on the decline now though, and they're going to have to find someone pretty fast who has at least half the talent as Jon to be able to remain a successful organization. Not interviewing the losing fighters doesn't boost their ratings either.
