Gaethje vs Johnson was the fight that got me into the sport. Felt like a movie, back and forth with huge trades, both were wobbled, no idea who’d remain standing, and absolute exhaustion.

@BoxingLegends2024 they're old compared to the new Venum. I'm aware of how it used to be, I've been watching UFC since I was 15, in 1996. Fighters could wear whatever they wanted prior to the Reebok deal, but most wore their sponsors' shorts and/or patches. ✌

Watching a Romero fight will frustrate the hell out of you. This guy is so good and probably could’ve been champion if he didn’t do such dumb things in the octagon he does not have good fighter IQ. Yes he’s finished opponents but when it really counts in championship fights, he fails.

He lacks A LOT in striking. Then you get the assholes who can strike but count on their opponent to initiate the whole fight and get the counter advantage for their cowardness. Combine those and you get Romero vs. Adesanya
