As a Izzy fan myself, I agree... I just didn't like how he handled the loss. But ever since then he has been improving his mic skills and his energy feels different. Great fighter and a great guy it seems

Marvin is a smart guy, and he is playing the meathead character, and creating drama for the fans. He understands the sport very well, and knows that the fans don't want to see a humble guy like Robert Whitaker up there on there on stage, whispering pleasantries. I always liked Marvin, because it was obvious to me that he was just trying to make things more exciting by being brash and rude. You can tell he isn't really a bad person. You get the sense that he won't be beating up innocent old men or ladies.
