Yeah, its kinda cool how that happened. To be fair, Conor was blowing on that lead up to fight Dustin. Made Dustin look like a chump. Then Dustin came back and absolutely dominated Conor in both the fights and made him look like the imposter. Max still looks good about to fight Toupay

True. Topuria fights Herbert on short notice and barely survives while Max fights one of the best strikers in the UFC and one of the heaviest punchers at 155 on short notice and gives him a war. There's levels and Ilia will find out

Thanks for putting this together. I haven't been able to see all his fights but he has been my favorite UFC fighter for a long time. I feel like in a time when athletes are no longer good role models Max just might be the last of them. If for no other reason than he is real as can be. Of course, the list just goes on and on but the way he is humble in defeat and learns from it and always comes back better.

10:48 was nice. Connor ate it but this was a good fight. 9:13 smooth kick catch and counter punch by Connor 8:52 Nice clean punch by Max Connor started off taunting the kid Max but by the end of the bought Max still lost the fight but won Connor’s Respect. A rare feat.

In the first fight they mention Ricardo Lamas, Jeremy Stephens, and Anthony Pettis. All fighters at the top of their game at the time when Max was nobody. Fast forward a few years and he beats all three of those guys.

I was at UFC 300 and had the best night of my life. Jesse on fire did tell people to go as a group and I went alone sitting at the second level in the middle first row. That's my spot perfect seat to see everything. No matter what angle something happens that I will see it perfectly from there.

Max is really hard to take down. 88% takedown defense. I think Ilia would do better trying to use his wrestling to put Max against the fence and try to land power punches. I don't think he will. I think he's going to try to walk Max down and get picked apart.

@@brandonew2863 I remember when no one bet Topuria would be able to win Bryce Mitchell on Mitchell’s game, even Rogan said: “that was a mistake” when ilia bring him down. I’m not comparing Mitchell and Holloway ofc my point is no one never thought Topuria would do this, or would be able to do that and look at the guy where it is. Not saying it’s going to be an easy fight but Topuria is better boxing and also black belt at jiujitsu. Holloway has endless cardio, perhaps Holloway would try to point here and there…
