A veteran of 40 professional fights during his 13-year career, Bisping compiled a record of 31-9, while capturing the UFC middleweight title, as well as the Cage Warriors, and Cage Rage light heavyweight titles. During his impressive career, Bisping earned notable victories over UFC Hall of Famer Dan Henderson, former UFC middleweight champions Anderson Silva and Luke Rockhold, former Strikeforce middleweight champion Cung Le, former WEC light heavyweight champion Brian Stann, and former WEC middleweight champion Chris Leben.

Oh and @TicTac all fighters get lucky a few times. Part of the fight game but you don't have a career like The Counts with just luck. He may well have been an average fighter but if thats the case shows how good he really was to be (as you put it average) yet beat and sometimes destroyed fighters who on paper should have walked over him. He was always in the fight until the last bell or the ref stepped in. If you can't respect his career or achievements while being "average," then I feel sorry for your soul......oh and is your name TicTac cos your breath stinks or cos it was the easiest thing for you to spell?

It's a shame Bisping damaged his story/legacy by fighting a 45 year old guy as is first title defence skipping the TOP 10 ranked fighters and got humiliated in that fight. Shows he knew he was lucky to get the title.

Michael Bisping, the definition of an Octagon Warrior, he spread the UFC to international waters, in my opinion, he’s even more influential than McGregor even, because Bisping made MMA in England, and even Europe, a true legend deserving of the Hall of Fame

I can understand if you don't like GSP or his fighting style (some call it boring) but to say he used PED's is not true. He left when he left because he was exhausted. Which one did he choose?? It's a choice between having a floppy cock, runny nose but constant self confidence or having lil peanut balls, floppy cock, weird looking fake ass veiny muscles, spots and liver damage. I'd go for the coke cos I'm not body conscious or ever cared about being ripped to death but only if they were the 2 choices I was allowed to choose from. you know, I just recently got into MMA and as I was looking at fighters I slowly began to get more interested in Bisping. He wasn't my first fighter initially, but after watching several embedded films and him with his family, I could see that he was my favorite. I take inspiration from Bisping and his quest to get to the top. Of course he had setbacks, but it was his determination to get to the top that has inspired me to be a better person. All the trash talk aside and the language which I have to honestly admit was funny and unnecessary at times, he was an awesome man that I look up to. Congrats to him and his legacy. I will be sad that he is gone, but as Daniel Cormier said, "He's a man's man". I hope he is forever remembered as an awesome athlete. Take it from an amateur follower.
