Randy Couture was a BEAST. Came into the sport late at 33, became the oldest champ in UFC history at 43 and didn’t retire until 47. This was his last fight, The Natural Randy Couture 💪

It's called front kick not a head kick, head kick is to land on the head or neck not on the chin, just like Michael Chandler vs Tony Ferguson or Vera vs Edgar.

I remember when I first learned about mma, people were branding traditional styles like karate as ineffective against styles like boxing or Muay Thai, but now I’m finding out there are guys like Machida, Mcgregor, Wonderboy, and MVP who show that it is still viable and very dangerous

this is the quintessential lesson on why you never let the other fighter get into their rhythm, no matter what. You might lose trying to push them, but you stand no chance against a strong adversary who you allow to get into their rhythm. It just can't work ever. It never has and it never will if you look through the history of ufc fights!

Back in the earlier days from UFC towards the beginning they had guys from any weight class fight each other. And they never had gloves back in the day. But now UFC is a little different there's weight classes there's different gloves and different things. I like UFC because every fighter has a different specialty.
