On episode 2 of UFC 179 Embedded, featherweight champion Jose Aldo “Junior” works out alongside former heavyweight champion Junior Dos Santos as his coach predicts an early finish in Saturday’s main event. Challenger Chad Mendes arrives in Rio with his crew including former WEC champion Urijah Faber, and the team has a laugh at the latest episode of Embedded. Light heavyweight Phil Davis checks his weight and tests his wit against site coordinator Burt Watson, while his opponent Glover Teixeira trains to pull off the UFC’s first-ever win by way of odor. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog series focusing on the days leading up to the epic UFC 179: Aldo vs. Mendes 2 fight card, taking place Saturday, October 25, on Pay-Per-View.

You guys have to understand that these guys are training harder at this point, cutting weight, and doing media stuff all at once. There's only so much footage that you can get before the media starts really disrupting their preparation.

Funny thing Nova União is a very simple place, they seem to have only one room to train.Alpha male has a incredible good structure to train and workout and still they were beaten several times by Nova União fighters.

When you train with guys like Aldo, Barao, Hacran Dias,Johhny Eduardo, Dantas and many more great fighters you will only improve, add world class coaches like Dede and Rizzo guys who have also fought before and you have a great team. You don't need a 50billion SF gym for guys that weight train 8 hours a day to have a great team.

This should be a very interesting fight. Chad mendes coming of a five winning streak, and aldo one of the top three pound for pound best fighter's in the ufc. Chad mendes is super hungry for the rematch can't wait.
