I look at the comments on social media for this fight saying that Jose Aldo should not have won the fight because he ran, I was like "how do you even say Frankie beat Jose, you're clearly don't know or understand what Jose was doing inside the octagon," I debated people on social media that claimed he was running ,and break down why Jose won the fight detail by detail, like for example he had good defense, landed more clean strikes, was able to dictate the fight, using great timing and precision, and etc of reasons why Jose won the fight, they're only explanation why they think Frankie one because of he was the aggressor what they don't understand is aggressiveness it's just one aspect of MMA judging, but of course they don't pay attention to those things, because they don't know shit about the martial arts, let alone MMA combat.

Watching this today it annoys me that Aldo never got his rematch with McGregor. One of the longest reigning, most dominant champs in UFC history and never got a chance at redemption. Meanwhile McGregor acted like Khabib owed him another shot right away. I don't think Aldo would beat Conor (bad style match-up plus Aldo is past his prime) but he would have made a fight out of it.
