On Episode 5 of UFC 203 Embedded, bantamweight Jessica Eye throws the first pitch for her hometown Indians. Arriving for the press conference, welterweight CM Punk revisits some familiar ground inside Quicken Loans Arena. Heavyweight title challenger Alistair Overeem offers advice to welterweight Mickey Gall, heavyweight opponents Travis Browne and Fabricio Werdum exchange words on stage, and the fighters analyze their staredowns afterward. Gall, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and Eye keep the energy high during their final hours of cutting weight. At Friday morning's weigh-in, everyone hits the target number on the scale, but Overeem is fined for missing the one on the clock. Then it's one more round of face-offs at the public weigh-in for fans. UFC 203 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the world heavyweight championship at UFC 203, taking place Saturday, September 10 on Pay-Per-View.

I think Gal is a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu and Punk is a white belt, If it goes to the ground Gal wins. Striking I see Gal winning as well due to training at it for more than just two years. I am really impressed with Mickey Gall and how he carries himself. Very mature, articulate young man. I hope he decimates Punk and keeps progressing. Punk's arrogance came out at weigh in and in the face off. Mickey needs to stop showing him and respect until this fight is over, THEN, shake his hand.

Mickey vs Sage is the next move for both fighters. I think Mickey will beat Sage and end the who hype built around Sage. If he beats Sage there are many talented guys for Mickey to test himself against that are not in the top 10. He shouldn't venture there until he has at least 7 more pro-fights, then we will see if he is the real deal or not but the kid has heart in a big way. I think a star was born in Mickey Gall Sat night. Watch and see and remember I called it here!

Chris Vicious 209 oh yes, those weren't very effective, that's true ... CM Punk was in defensive mode 5 seconds after the beginning of the fight ... it's too bad. I liked both fighters there but it's clear that Punk was dominated in that fight. Maybe he can come back for another fight next year ... we'll see.
