Lets see Silva in his last 5 fight : Weidman 1 - lost but because he was playing around. Weidman 2- accident with legkick Nick Diaz - won but turned to nc Bisping- ko'd him and then lost a close decision and was playing Cormier- 20 lb up with 2 days notice. My point is that he is still a bad mofo and i think hes gonna shine this one , Brunsons wrestling can make this a lay and pray boring fight wih i really hope we will avoid

we're watching the winding down of the greatest mma fighter of our era. but that's over now and I can see silva not knowing when to call it a day. if he clowns I think he'll get caught and finished. Anderson is my favourite fighter of all time but I don't see him winning this fight.

I actually like Brunson. Great punching power, ferocity, & wrestling. His technique is off at times, no doubt, but he's still dangerous. The stagger step used to knockout Uriah Hall was amazing!!!💯💯👌

IDK why everybody thinks Anderson Silva's career is finish. His only losses in his career outside of Weidman have been to the current LHW & MW title holders in fights where he had competitive moments. I think he pulls this one off against Brunson by KO

It's funny how people were saying Brunson fought wildly against Whittaker but that's how he ALWAYS fights. Whittaker should've got the fight against Anderson. UFC rankings don't mean shit, it's becoming more wwe than a legit sport in the UFC.

Herb Dean screwed Anderson after he Koed Bipsing. He almost did the same to Masvidal. He stopped the fight before the bell but then when the buzzer went off he pretended as if he did it cus the time was up. Hard for a ref but still..

Matt steans no I watched that fight again and Bisping was out. Also go watch it again, Herb said get up its not over and bisping was still down and took forever to get up. Bisping had at least 4 minutes to recover and when they sort out the mess they didn't let Anderson corner in. Go watch it Anderson didn't have a corner while bisping did.

Should be a good test for Silva. See how much he has improved his wrestling. Brunson has strange standup, but when he hurts you he jumps on you, very aggressive, reckless at times but too aggressive for many fighters if he has them hurt. The old Silva would dismantle that style, even encourage it. His chin isn't what it used to be if Brunson hurts him like Bisping did, even slightly, he will jump on him and probly get a tko. Silva recovers quick bc someone like Bisping is cautious enough not to rush in on him, but Brunson seems like he loses his mind when he gets a guy hurt. Hopefully Silva comes out and does something great.

Tbh it depends on what Anderson shows up but he just took cormier to decision I think silva still has it in my opinion he's still the best ever and he also teaches new skills everytime he fights in the octagon even Daniel cormier said he had a hard time advancing positions because he had his back leg wrapped up and also used it at times to get up he's just on another planet skill wise.

That was one of the sickest submissions ever; never fuck with a small Japanese dude and his flying leg submissions (cough Imanari cough). That said, even early Anderson was scary as fuck; trademark Muay Thai clinch game from hell, crushing low kicks, and finished off quite a few dudes with underrated GNP. His BJJ was also pretty slick as fuck. But the difference between young Anderson and GOAT Anderson is that young Anderson fought on the lead, aggressive and somewhat reckless, allowing him to get caught and submitted by the gritty and tricky Shooto guys of early MMA. Once Anderson started fighting defensively and "clowning" his opponents into exposing themselves, he became a legend, guiding his opponents into essentially beating themselves and taking the credit for it.

Authentic Max Yeah, and it's largely due to the fact that the Legendary version of Anderson really only becomes a Spider if you climb into his web. If you don't (Maia, Leites, Diaz), he kinda just sits there, flailing his limbs to no real effect. I don't know if he can still tap into his old self and come forward with confidence anymore...

Anthony Ha Yep, will be fun to watch if he does that. He struggled with wrestlers in his past. I had a maths teacher and Silva reminds me of him because his foot broke just like Silva but fuck me... the guy kept on coming to the class to teach us.. My friends and I were ready to shoot ourselves.. The guy became more brainy and he started teaching high level math courses... fuckin hell man... Since Anderson broke his foot, I knew he'd get better... Ya he had to face guys like Nick and Daniel but the Bisping fight, yes Bisping did what he could and credits to him but Silva looked a little different. He loves to climb for the belt.
