Conor could fight Tony or Diaz 3 if he wants to keep going. My bookings are Poirier vs Oliveira for the strap. Gaethje vs Chandler for next in line, Conor vs Ferguson/Diaz. @@overthetopandrewgoal1580 I wouldn’t say his wrestling is Khabib level or his striking is Porier/McGregor level. That being said, he hits really fucking hard and is a great wrestler, which makes him very, very dangerous.
@Nergal123
@Nergal123 4 жыл бұрын
@@eman22017 oh I agree with you his wrestling is not khabib level. I don’t ghink anyone can say that, atleast not in lightweight division. But his striking is certainly up there. He doesn’t have as good defence as Dustin, well he has better head movement but in terms of blocking the Diamond is king. Too bad dustin sometimes just doesn’t bother to block. But his hands are sweet like sugar. It is rare in the UFC to see clean hands, which I’ve always found weird since it’s such a common attack and more often fighters will have clean kicks. But in terms of boxing they just don’t use their shoulder, torso, or hip rotation well. They are too swingy, use to much arm, don’t elevate the shoulder, chin up, poor footwork, don’t bring the hand straight back where it came from, forget to use the offhand to protect the face. So many intricacies of the sweet science just lost on many strikers in the ufc. I understand it’s a different sport but the technique is rarely in need of change, just application. I like this guy because he’s rare, he’s a clean boxer, even though he makes mistakes like leaving his head open he throws his hand cleanly. And with a wrestling pedigree to boot. That’s why I’m a fan. Plus his thai body kick is super clean. Also Evloev in the prelims has impressed me greatly.

Did you watch it? That performance by Chandler was insane. This is the consummation towards which events had been steadily moving - not at first consciously, for it was some time before the tendencies at work were consciously realized - but ending at last in the complete equation showed resolve. The bracketing together of both as the first and second exchanges heavily favored ones skill. Many of the ideas set forth in earlier chapters of his career was retribution for the haters.
