He has also taken me from not liking or caring about him to being a fan of his. How could you not have complete respect for his warrior spirit? How can you not look forward to his fights? I can see him being a fan favorite. Ducks no one, gives it all, and has a very likable humble personality. I dig Mike Chandler and he is fighting my once favorite fighter. I'd say he had a miraculous year any way you slice it.

The fighters test scale backstage was 0.5lbs of difference, multiple fighters reported this, absolutely has something to do with Oliveira missing by the same amount. Ariane Carnelossi reported someone messing with the scale and leaving it half a pound off. Arizona Commission, Gaethje's home state. Oliveira was known to be heavier for this fight as he said at the press conference yesterday.

Backstage scale isn’t the official one nor is it the commissions scale. Stop reposting fake narratives. You all that rely on that are fucking stupid. Professionalism is weighing in at the required weight on the official scale. This is why fighters don’t weigh in in their hotel room and send a picture of the weight to hunter and call it good. There’s an appropriate way to do it and on the exact scale used, Charles missed. Period.

Charles is the first champion to miss weight but he has a history of not making the limit. He has now missed weight 5 times in his career including being 10lbs over the limit against Ricardo Lamas back in 2016. I feel for Charles but it's unacceptable

First of all that was at featherweight, second of all the reason he missed weight is because someone reset the fighter's scale and it was off by 0.5lbs. Half of the other fighters were over but they made weight because only title fights need to be on the dot. Things could have been done to prevent it, he weighed in too late to cut the extra half pound but to criticise him for anything other than trusting the UFC's competency is dumb.

I would say the same thing with Valentina with Muay Thai, besides Israel, Val has the best Muay Thai technique man or woman. This is sickening and an obvious set up. They handpicked a state which has stringent norms for weight cuts. Oliviera weighed in 155 in multiple digital scales and finally he's off .5 pounds and stripped? Seems to me that they're paving a way for Oliviera to get off the wagon and Conor to come in. SICKENING. I quit watching the UFC if that's the case.

Cut the shit this is not a set up, Charles missed weight like 5/6 times in his career already, this is nothing new with him. Justin, Rose and Carla had no issues on the scale. This is all on Charles.
