My son cut 12 pounds when he was a freshman for his first varsity match and he did that at school , in one day and he wrestled that night. I’ve seen many wrestlers cut a lot of weight a lot of weight.

He lost rounds one and two when looking at the score cards. I don’t know where he’s getting he fought the perfect fight.. Fiz looked way better than I thought he would. He lost all his steam and got murdered in the 3rd though. Glad Justin won.

Remember his 1st UFC fight vs Michael Johnson? Where he would shell up defensively during those boxing exchanges? He has worked soooo hard on his craft that he's able to roll with those punches and flat out avoid most of them. Yes he eats some shots, but from then until now is a completely different fighter.
