Powerslap is underrated. Tackett will be the Welterweight Champion. ,,,, mikey is one of the technical instructors you can have as far as technique though... dudes instructionals seminars etc are extremely technical, up there with gordon n danher.. as far during the match coaching we didn't see much, but jiu jitsu @ black belt is very different from mma. There's not as many things to monitor like boxing wrestling from distance clinch kicks etc so your doesn't need second to second technical advice.. Like a brown belt i don't need much technical advice unless somethings is happening outside our pre match gameplan. more things time left , the score, keeping me on gameplan position ie how close outtabounds we are etc

Guys ik there is a lot of controversy about this. Just know ufc is definitely taking care of us, and the fact I get to be on this show is a dream come true. The show seems amazing, yeah the pay might not be great YET but people also need to understand that BJJ doesn’t have a 50th of the investment and advertising that boxing has so for BJJ practitioners this actually seems great, and having a BJJ organization in a pit with rules that promote activity and sub threats and having champions in each weight class with tournaments sounds amazing, I can’t wait for the next episodes and after that for the next season with the new coaches

@@KC_gaming09 This is wrong. The athletes should be getting the largest cut of the earnings of a promotion. The athletes are the ones that do the Sport, not Dana. BJJ had this problem before the UFC with ADCC (biggest grappling event in the world) paying the winners only 10.000 USD. This is unacceptable. Craig Jones showed that higher pay in BJJ is possible if you prioritize the athletes. in his Event last year the winners were payed 1 Million USD Each and every participant got payed 10.001 USD just to show up. Guys like Dana and other Organizers are not trying to give back to the sport and athletes, they are trying to make as much money as possible to put in their own pockets.

Sorry mate… Dana is on record as recently as last week; saying he has ZERO interet in getting involved in Muay Thai or Kickboxing. He says they dont excite him, and his business ethos has always been to only get involved in things he gets excited about , because that ensures he gives his all to it.

I am still a big Marcelo Garcia fan so I used to follow a lot of his students matches. I remember when Grippo and Erin Herle were dating too lol. i found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks when i was totally out of sync with myself. no fire, no strength, just drifting. this book didn’t scream be alpha it whispered get your sh*t together. and i did. now i sleep deeper, train harder, think clearer. if you feel like something’s off in your system, this might be the reset you didn’t know you needed.
