i wish kevin actually fought smart instead of trying to put on a show… he probably could have out grappled mvp and wonderboy but his pride is too big and he just goes to war. i respect him for it but he could be close to the belt if he actually used all of his skills instead of just doing what his opponent is best at

Holland tried to takedown MVP in every round and even got him down in the second but like Tom Aspinall said "MVP's ground game in underrated" or at least good enough to not get out grapple by Holland who I don't know why you are making it look like he is some kind of high level wrestler that can take people down at will.

@@crazypato3752 not the first round and barley on the 3rd they might have got in the clinch every round but no real takedown attempts… and i’m not saying his wrestling is too tier but he does have very good jiu jitsu. but he doesn’t use it. yes he went to the choke one the first take down but it didn’t work and instantly started throwing elbows instead of staying calm and keeping top pressure then working for a better position but all he cared about was putting on a show that’s all he’s ever cared about

@@MatthewMcRowan I really don't think he's going for that at this point in his career, otherwise he would've dropped the Conor fight in April. He became Bellator champ fighting Eddie Alvarez. Yeah, it might not be UFC gold but it's still a huge achievement that not many in MMA get. He's smart enough to not be this old in fighting years and try to go after the belt. Who does he realistically beat in the top 5? He wants to raise his kids and live the rest of his life with a functioning brain and generational wealth.
