On episode #5 of UFC Embedded, lightweights Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone and Benson Henderson share an entertaining faceoff at media day ahead of their threematch, but things stay serious between headlining featherweights Conor McGregor and Dennis Siver. Current 145-pound champion Jose Aldo is greeted by some Irish fans, the likes of which turn out in droves for the next day's weigh-in. Actor/boxer Mickey Rourke and legendary boxer Micky Ward visit fighters backstage, while McGregor heads back in front of the curtain for an encore appearance for fans. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog series focusing on the unprecedented buildup to UFC Fight Night: McGregor vs. Siver, taking place Sunday, January 18 on FOX SPORTS 1 and more.

Maybe you're an idiot but Frankie lost to Aldo. UFC doesn't like doing the same matches over again unless they were really good fight. Frankie got his ass kicked by Aldo. Conors won 4 in a row, 5 after tomorrow night. Frankie's only won 2 fights (BJ doesn't count). Lamas has only won 2 fights as well. Bermudez and Cub just lost There's no one who deserves the title shot beside Conor

I get the feeling McGregor is getting a bit nervous due to Siver being incredibly calm. I hope I'm wrong as Conor is incredibly entertaining but I think Siver has more chance to cause an upset then most people are giving him credit.

***** it's not just the weight cut. Conor seems to be trying to get Siver to react and Siver isn't biting. Conor is saying all the right things, but his body language is off compared to his previous fights. Either way we will find out tomorrow whats up.

Christopher Nutt You`re not making any sense. Conor has always been like that at staredown. Brimage at the weigh ins stayed calm too and got knocked the fuck out. It doesnt mean anything. You dont breakdown a fight based on staredown. Ali during his staredowns always played the clown with his antics and Foreman was calm too, it didnt change the fact that Ali knocked him out in the 8th round.

Let`s be realistic here, with all the shit talk and the antics aside, Siver has nothing for Conor. This is a mismatch. The last time Siver finished a guy was in 2010 and that guy didnt even belong in the UFC. Siver couldnt even finish Nam Pham whom he dominated. ( cut from the UFC). Diego Nunes ( cut from the UFC), Sotiropolous ( cut from the UFC). He then gets busted for steroids. People need to wake up. Siver is 35, never got to beat good guys, and is on a downward slope. Conor is peaking. It would totally different if tomorrow Conor was fighting Frankie or Chad. But SIVER?? Please, not even in your dreams, not even in color.

If, Siver somehow manages to win this fight and finds a step stool to climb on top of the cage afterwards, he is going to have a few raw/mean gestures just for this audience. He may need to be airlifted to safety. This crowd does not like him at all and I am sure he is going to try to find a way to give them all the finger.

I'm enjoying the Connor show but having been a fan of the sport for many many years, there's nothing I've seen that would tell me that he could beat Frankie Edgar or Jose Aldo. He's been impressive so far so I can't say for sure but I have a good feeling the hype train will end with one or both of those two. IMO

I think McgGregor is gonna win but I just have the feeling that this is not gonna be an easy fight, this fight has the same vibe of Rousey vs Carmouche or Barao vs Dillashaw, in the female fight Ronda won but it was one moment when Carmouche almost put a Submission (neck crank), and in the other fight we all know that happen in there, don't blink tomorrow.
