Literally isn’t any. Maybe like a 10 minute lesson on the proper stance so you don’t foul and that’s bout it. It’s also not like mma where u can spar lol. Sparing power slap would only weaken your chin. Such a stupid sport

I would think practicing right hooks but with open hand would help same with small weight shadow sparring for speed and maybe some back, shoulders, maybe even forearm and neck for strength and durability but doesn’t really matter when you get hit on the button your going down
