This is why I love UFC over any other sport; Boxing promoters wouldn't do anything like this and even if they did they wouldn't be as close with the fans as much as Dana is. Whether you like him or you hate him you got to admit the guy is a great business person.

@KiwiDillan They vary quite cheap for the nosebleed seats to very expensive for the ring side ones. When they came to Ireland there was a wide enough range of prices to suit almost everyone

@MaladaptiveCatalyst - Yes I understand that, they just promote the sport of Mix martial arts(MMA). If someone says I love watching the NFL; we all know what that person is referring to- That person loves football. But going back to MMA, my favorite fighter doesn't even fight in UFC(not Fedor) so I just don't follow the UFC and think of it as the only place I can watch professional MMA matches. In all thanks for the correction and hopefully more MMA fans will also think of the sport likewise.

@CollegeLoheart ya it is. The fighters fight at 170lbs in the welterweight division. They will allow a one pound difference, up to 171lbs. The fighters have a job to do. Part of that job outside of the octagon is to make weight. Regardless of it being a 1lb difference or a 10lb difference. It's not fair to your fellow opponent to have to make weight and you not do the same. It's also in their contract. Johnson will most likely be losing a significant amount of money for not making weight.
