T-Wood's performance vs Lawler is still one of the best ones ever. That T-Wood would give everyone historically at 170 a lot of problems. Unfortunately, he's just had way too many fights where he allows his opponents to back him up and dictate the fight.

@jboi6398 Well maybe. I'd argue that Hughes was out before Newton hit the canvas and got KO'd. If Hughes was out first then he should have actually lost. But there's no way to know for sure, maybe he went out as he slammed Carlos, in which case I guess it is just a race to see who wakes up first? But even double KO's are usually rules NC's or draws.

@@j.menapace625 nope. Try again. Dustin’s resume is world’s ahead of Colby’s. Colby beat a bunch of washed guys in late 30s who weren’t even winning fights anymore. Lawler, Woodley, and Masvidal all were 0-2 going into fights with Colby. Woodley and Masvidal especially both came off of career changing losses. Anyone in the top 15 would’ve beaten them. Lawler lost to Neil Magny ffs Colby hasn’t beaten anyone coming off a win in over SIX YEARS. Every former champ Dustin beat was still winning fights and performing at a high level. Dustin also put his ranking on the line to fight to fight killers ranked below him like Gaethje, Hooker, and BSD which Colby has never done in his entire career. Colby is quite possibly the most overrated high profile male mma fighter in the modern era. I can’t think of another guy who gets glazed just because of close fights he still lost while having such a poor resume. Even Chael Sonnen and Alexander Gustafsson who were number two guys under dominant champions actually had numerous wins against elite competition in their weight classes and fought all comers. You gotta be a causal fan if you think Colby even comes CLOSE to Dustin in terms of resume. Colby never fought the equivalent of a Justin Gaethje in his weight class. He actively avoids a tough matchup if the belt isn’t on the line. He just pads his records with the equivalent of post 2020 Tony Ferguson types instead.

And no, Demetrious Johnson is the most overrated fighter of all-time (not just the modern era). Constantly rated in the top-5 despite competing in a weak division that had less than 100 people in it and beating a grand total of one future Hall of Famer along the way. Cry more.
