The HW division wasn't that great to begin with it had moments, like when Francis murdered Overeem. But it was mostly an inconsistent performer.

Conor vs Alvarez was showcase of prime McGregor - timing, precision, speed, focus. If he just stayed that way, he could go on a tear and become the best lightweight ever. I feel like fight with Floyd ruined him in term of too much money and lack of focus, too bad, now we will never know.

Every time I see the Bonnar vs Griffin fight, it reminds me of how the refs even then couldn’t get it right. That fight was certainly not a unanimous one. Split if not a draw.
