Seeing Wonderboy with those kids, teaching them karate and doing it in a fun way, is amazing. He’s a true martial artist and a great human being. He’s got his hands full on Saturday night though. It’s going to be one hell of a fight.

That’s the best UFC Countdown I’ve seen in a long time. Amazing interesting characters. The post fight speech from Leon still makes me goosebumps. It’s one of the bests ever.

@@ElderGod29 WBs faced by far better grapplers. Shavkats sambo style works in WBs favor because Shavkats isn’t a folk wrestler which is harder to stop. And same for Shavkat he won’t stand with WB too long because it’ll end early because he has bad head movement. I’ve been following him since his M1 days, it’s just not his time yet.

@user-vi9zm5ss4f Wonderboy had zero incentive to fight a guy no one knows, including Wonderboy, who was ranked behind him after just styling on a bunch of guys ranked behind him as UFC tried to stop him from moving up the rankings at 40 years old. Then as soon as he was ranked ahead of him he took the fight because he deserved someone ranked ahead of him. Wonderboy is anything but a coward.

One of the most legendary knockouts ever, so many things made it beautiful. 1. The fact Leon truly earned his spot and should have fought for the championship a long time ago. 2. He was fighting a dominant champ that people were starting to compare to GSP, Usman is one of the best ever hands down. 3. Leon was getting beat dominantly the entire fight. If the fight went another minute he would have lost on the scorecards. 4. The comment that Jon Anik makes right before the head kick. DC is saying it looks like he has given up mentally and resigned himself. Then Jon Anik says that's not the cloth from which he is cut, as Anik states this Edwards throws the head kick and sends Leon to the shadow realm. Was a moment we will all remember.

the fight I love and hate at the same time, is Shavkat Rakhmonov vs Stephen Wonderboy Thompson, this fight my heart is rooting for Wonderboy but my mind is seeing Shavkat as such a tough opponent stylistically for Wonderboy! Buy the PPV or go to a restaurant(that is showing the PPV) to support these two amazing fighter's.

i will always be a fan of alejandro pantoja. he is a blood and guts fighter always entertaining, his blitzkrieg of alex perez and how he basically took a justin gaethje-tony ferguson level beating for 3 rounds from prime figgy. his backstory and drive are the stories that a movies are made from. same point i love royval do or die fighter with crazy kos. the clip i remember from royval that endeared me was when he cried bc he won but he didn't get a ko thus no bonus and he had to keep working instead of full time fighting.

The main reason for Leon's inactivity was Covid. He was booked to fight Khamzat during the COVID bubble but Khamzat pulled out. Now why has Colby only fought once in the last 2 years post COVID?

If shavkat try to strike he is going to get destroy by Thompson and if Colby try to strike too much he is going to lose. But Leon is not a good champ he fight like one time a year so I want him To lose the belt

For prime Leon, the peaking 29 year-old 6'1" from Kazakhstant is the only real competition. But he's going to fight Colby and then Belal first, before Shavakt gets his turn. Belal has been officially designated as the backup, so, operating on White's logic, it means Belah is the next guy to fight for the belt. Leon is a lucky dude, in that most of the Top 5, except Shavkhat, are around 35 or older... so he very extremely likely is going to defeat them all... until he meet up with the priming Shavkat, who's size, height, and skills are all up to par with Leon's...
