1st for Garry, 2nd for Page. 3rd Page was on top for about as long as Garry, neither did anything when they had the advantage. MVP had more strikes. Surprised it went to Garry.

@@rockyj5047 so in the third, mvp didnt do anything? Apart from the one very significant strike and two kicks to the body and a nice jab, he got 90 seconds of control time. Garry didnt land anything apart from one leg kick at the start and then 2 minutes of control time. Please give me your thoughts on why garry won round 3

no it wouldn’t. mvp will come forward if he needs to, he’s faster and more unpredictable of the two along with KO power. mvp can finish fights whereas wonderboy prefers to coast to a decision.

Nobody kicks and stomps the shit out of MVPs front leg and it really drives me crazy. His fighting style is completely mobility dependent, and his weight is completely on his front leg for 75% of the fight. A Jon Jones stomp as he's coming in could be quite literally career ending.

MVP literally threw this fight. Garry wasn't even trying to get back up in the 3rd, all MVP had to do was stay in guard but he stood him up instead and got taken down

no, prates is much slower and wont make garry feel as uncomfortable. It will stay on the feet for much longer, also prates has pretty good takedown defences and wont strike himself into a takedown.

It was not the most exciting fight but i will say this: Ian was on a rollercoaster and accepted a fight with a guy ranked under him; Showed great ground game, cemented in the shavkat fight, wich shows that he is a complete mma fighter and not just a striker; Literally nobody wins against MVP just using their striking, as shown in the Shara Bullet fight. Props to Ian

Still think MVP took the last 2 rounds by MMA scoring rule book. MVP had more top control time and did damage in the 2nd & 3rd. UFC judges are all secretly trying to please Dana when owners betting should be illegal like every real regulated sport.
